The rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable, with traditional wooden furniture and modern accents. What was particularly nice was that our room had its own balcony with a view of the majestic 3000-meter peak of the "Hoher Sonnblick"Here we were able to relax in a large bed, enjoy the comfortable seating area and make full use of the modern, clean bathroom including infrared cabin – simply a place to feel good.

Culinary highlights: Dinner at the hotel
Dinner at the Hotel Alpina is a real treat. Every morning you receive a menu with three carefully compiled menus to choose from for the evening. On the first evening we enjoy tender boiled veal fillet, colorful penne with salmon cubes, and for the children there is chicken fillet in a cream sauce with spaghetti. The crowning glory? A homemade Sacher slice. On the second evening we spoil our palate with delicious turkey piccata on tomato spaghetti and homemade cannelloni. The beautiful salad buffet with an excellent selection of fresh, crisp salads offers the perfect start to dinner. The children also enjoy the separate children's buffet and can choose from a tasty selection every evening. The food at the Hotel Alpina is simply fantastic - a successful mix of regional specialties and international classics, perfectly rounded off by a selection of excellent Austrian wines.
Another day trip: Kitzlochklamm and Rauriser Hochalmbahn
The next day there is a trip to the spectacular Kitzlochklamm on the program. The path through the gorge leads over narrow footbridges and bridges and offers us fantastic views of the roaring waterfalls - an impressive natural spectacle.

After an eventful day, we return to the hotel and enjoy the wellness area again. The indoor pool and sauna offer just the right relaxation after a day full of adventure. The evening ends with a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant, which once again spoils us with fresh, regional ingredients. Before going to bed, we round off the day with a round of billiards and table tennis - there is even a separate playroom for children.
