Can vouchers be used?
Wellcard, Webhotels vouchers, VAMED Vitality World gift cards, and Spa Resort Geinberg vouchers can be used as payment on-site. For all other vouchers, the voucher number must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee redemption.
Will the credit card be charged when booking?
The credit card serves to secure the booking; no charges will be made in advance. The stay can be paid for on-site. Except for "non-refundable rates," in which case, full payment is required.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are welcome at the 4*S hotel (€30.00 per night upon request). Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the thermal baths.
