Absolute privacy, a cozy mountain lodge feel, and pure luxury – Chalet Falk is a place to dream. Guests experience special moments of well-being in the private spa with a panoramic sauna and the outdoor pool, which is heated to up to 33 degrees Celsius and features mountain views and whirlpool loungers – all completely exclusive and without other guests. Luxury and alpine idyll in every season

Newly built in 2023, this luxury chalet with the finest amenities in Carinthia is unique: Located in the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve at an altitude of 1,323 meters, it offers unparalleled tranquility, absolute privacy, and pure luxury. Spanning a total of 1,636 square meters and 250 square meters of interior space on three levels, the chalet features:

On request, you can enjoy exclusive VIP service with a Private Chef, who prepares slow-food creations tailored to your taste. From a revitalizing breakfast in the morning to light snacks and drinks in the afternoon to a delicious evening menu – all in the luxurious, private setting of the chalet. And whether your private chef cooks for you around the clock or just on a special evening is, of course, entirely up to you. Massages, yoga sessions, etc. are also available to book.

Ski holidays at the highest level

In the middle of the white winter wonderland of Bad Kleinkirchheim Located in the heart of the resort, the lifts and gondola to the ski area with its 24 lifts and more than 100 kilometres of slopes – including the Franz Klammer World Cup downhill run, the ski school, ski rental and sports shop are just a minute's drive or a 10-minute walk from the chalet.

The Turracher Höhe ski resorts (thanks to the altitude absolutely snow-sure from the beginning of December to the end of April) with varied slopes and modern lifts as well as the Gerlitzen Alp, with their lake view from almost all slopes, are both around 25 minutes away.

The Katschberg (80 km of slopes, 17 lifts) and the Nassfeld (Carinthia's largest ski area with 110 km of slopes and 29 lifts) are also options. Both are a good hour's drive away – ideal for day trips during longer stays or for more ambitious skiers who would like to explore numerous slopes and freeride areas.

The best: All ski areas are included in the “Carinthian Ski Pass”, which is available from a validity of 1.5 days and thus offers full flexibility and variety.
