Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel – Casual luxury on the Eichenheim plateau

Nestled in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, on the sunny Eichenheim plateau, lies one of Austria's most beautiful resorts: the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel. Part of the Dorint Group's Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection, the hotel combines Tyrolean hospitality with elegant Alpine style.
Here, mindfulness, active holidays, and family-friendly well-being come together – a place for all those seeking relaxation, exercise, and special moments. The view of the Wilder Kaiser alone seems like a promise of tranquility.

Rooms & atmosphere

Casual luxury reigns supreme at the Grand Tirolia. The lobby, restaurants, the Cooper Bar, and THE GOLDEN jazz club exude warmth and style. The rooms and suites are spacious, feature high-quality furnishings, and combine modern design with Alpine flair.
At the end of 2024, the resort was expanded with a spacious new building – with 69 additional rooms and suites, perfectly connected to the main building.

Grand Family Spa & Leisure Activities

The new Grand Family Spa, spread over two levels, offers 1,500 square meters of wellness for all ages. An indoor pool, children's paddling pool, family-friendly sauna, and bistro guarantee relaxation and fun.
A cinema with high-end technology, a children's entertainment area with a climbing wall, ball pit, slides, a Carrera track, and loving childcare complete the family offering.
In summer, a swimming pond directly in front of the house invites you to cool off – in winter it becomes a romantic ice skating rink.

The Grand Alps Spa (12+) invites you to relax and unwind across 1,500 square meters. With an indoor and outdoor pool, a relaxation area, and harmonious treatment rooms, you'll find everything you need to fully enjoy your wellness break. We offer a comprehensive activity program in the three light-filled yoga rooms and the spacious fitness studio.

culinary arts

The à la carte restaurant Tirolia delights with its show kitchen and live cooking. Chef Marcel Dornheim and his team serve creative dishes with regional and international influences, accompanied by exquisite wines from Austria and around the world.
Those who prefer a more relaxed setting can stop by the Eichenheim Inn. Here, chef Manuel Satzinger and his team welcome guests with Tyrolean classics in a warm atmosphere.

Wellness & Spa

The Grand Alps Spa stands for complete relaxation: indoor and outdoor pools, a spacious sauna area, and stylish treatment rooms offer space to unwind.
The new yoga lounge makes it especially easy to take a breather from everyday life. The spacious Grand Alps fitness studio, with its natural views, invites you to enjoy effective workouts.
External guests can also use the Health & Fitness Club as part of memberships or exclusive day spa offers.

Yoga retreats

Those seeking to harmonize body and mind will find ideal conditions at the Grand Tirolia. The yoga lounge, featuring warm wood and clean lines, creates an atmosphere of calm and concentration.
Retreats with renowned teachers take place several times a year. The Spirit Yoga Retreats with Patricia Thielemann are particularly popular. The package includes four nights with half board, six yoga sessions, a keynote speech, spa access, a 60-minute treatment, and more.
Alternatively, yoga teacher Claudia Salcher offers retreats in smaller groups throughout the year.

Golf right on your doorstep

One of Austria's most beautiful 18-hole golf courses begins right at the resort. The Eichenheim Championship Course winds through deciduous forests, over rolling hills, and past streams – with impressive views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.
Beginners can obtain their golf license in just one week with experienced instructors. A driving range, Trackman practice facility with golf simulators, and a pro shop are available.
“Beautiful game” is the motto – and golf can hardly be more beautiful.
