The Moserhof estate has been managed in harmony with nature for centuries: Galloway cattle graze on meadows and alpine pastures, free-range chickens lay eggs and culinary delicacies are prepared from the farm's own organically produced food. Wood from the farm's forest provides energy for heating and is used to build furniture. Ponies, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs are all children's favourites.
