Wieselburg outdoor pool: bathing fun for the whole family

The Wieselburg outdoor pool offers plenty of bathing fun for all ages with its spacious swimming pool, a children's pool and a water slide. Surrounded by a spacious lawn, the pool invites you to relax and sunbathe. Beach volleyball courts and table tennis tables are available for sporting activities, while the small bistro provides refreshments. An ideal place to enjoy hot summer days.

Short info:

  • Where is the outdoor pool? Address: Stadionstraße 8, 3250 Wieselburg
  • How big is the Wieselburg outdoor swimming pool? The outdoor pool offers plenty of sunbathing lawns and has a water surface of 1,225 m² in several pools
  • How much does the entrance fee cost? 5€, here you can find the price list. With the Lower Austria Card the one-time visit is free.
  • When is it open? From 1st May to the beginning of September. Here you will find the opening hours.

lawn

When entering the outdoor pool you immediately see the first large lawn with plenty of shady spots. If you don't have your own deck chair, you can rent one here for €2.20. Parasols are also available. There are also plenty of lawns and sunbathing areas around the pools and in the back area by the volleyball courts.

sports pool

In front of it there is a very spacious sports pool, which is usually very little visited and offers more than enough space to swim laps.

adventure pool

Through the sports pool you can dive directly into the adventure pool, which is much more popular. No wonder, because the name says it all: There is a flow channel, floor bubbles, an island with a neck shower and underwater benches. The jets are not in use at the same time, but alternately. The highlight of the adventure pool is the water slide for young and old, and you don't have to wait in line for long.

diving pool

Almost even more popular is the diving pool, which, however, may only be used by children without swimming aids. Here, a trampoline of 1 and 3 metres in height is available. Brave ones can jump from the 5m diving platformTwo windows offer viewers the opportunity to watch and photograph their loved ones as they dive underwater.

children's area

Younger guests will find plenty of fun and games in three separate children's and baby pools. Play and splash animals, a play stream and climbing rocks make a day at the pool an unforgettable experience. Even shade has been thought of, with large fitted sheets providing sufficient protection. There is even a separate children's toilet here.

sport

There are 2 volleyball courts and 2 table tennis tables. Balls and rackets can be rented. There is also a mini golf course at the entrance.

buffet

Of course you can buy refreshments, ice cream and snacks here. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and taste of the schnitzel. We can definitely recommend the Wieselburg outdoor pool with a clear conscience!
