One of the most popular routes starts in Radstadt and leads over the Bürgerbergalm. The trail is of medium difficulty and offers wonderful views of the surrounding landscape along the way. The hike takes about 2-3 hours and leads through dense forests and flowering alpine meadows. For families with children, there are also shorter and easier trails that are less demanding but still offer beautiful panoramas.

  • From Radstadt via the Bürgerbergalm (path 462) or via Rohrmoos (path 461): approx. 3 hours walking time
  • From Mandling via the Mandlberggut and the Steinalm (path 460): approx. 4 hours walking time
  • From Altenmarkt via Habersatt (paths 63; 460): approx. 4 hours walking time
