We hereby inform travelers who are traveling to a Travel Charme Hotel & Resort for the first time that we require a deposit in the amount of the trip upon arrival without prior payment.
Cancellation policy:
The reservation is guaranteed upon completion of this booking. Rebooking is possible up to 30 days before your arrival at the current daily rate. In case of cancellation, we charge the following fees:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• 29 days or less before arrival: 60% of the total booked amount
In case of no-show or early departure we will charge 60% of the total booked amount.
The local tourist tax is collected separately at the hotel.

Unfortunately we didn't win the competition, but we decided to take a spontaneous trip to Werfenweng anyway. It was so lovely at your hotel! Even though it was very short, it was definitely worth it. The food in the farmhouse next door was so delicious, I would have loved to have only eaten there. I'm already looking forward to the next time - we'll be staying longer!
