We hereby inform travelers who are traveling to a Travel Charme Hotel & Resort for the first time that we require a deposit in the amount of the trip upon arrival without prior payment.
Cancellation policy:
For bookings without a Premium Package, the following cancellation conditions apply:
The reservation is guaranteed upon completion of this booking. Rebooking is possible up to 30 days before your arrival at the current daily rate. In case of cancellation, we charge the following fees:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• 29 days or less before arrival: 80% of the total booked amount
In case of no-show or early departure we will charge 80% of the total booked amount.
The local tourist tax is collected separately at the hotel.
If the Premium Package was booked, the conditions of the Premium Package apply.
