The Tiefenbachklamm is a popular tourist destination in the Tyrolean Alps. The gorge is about 4 kilometers long and leads through a narrow ravine in which the River Brandenberger Ache tost. The path through the gorge is well secured and leads over stone and gravel. During the hike you can admire the bizarre rock formations in the gorge and watch kayakers on the Ache.
After about 1.5 kilometers you will reach a viewing platform from which you have an impressive view of the gorge. The path takes you over bridges three times. After about 4 kilometers the valley opens up and you reach a green meadow. Here you can Tiefenbachklamm snack bar take a break.
The walking time from the beginning to the end of the Tiefenbachklamm is about 1.5 hours.
On the way back you can either take the same route or walk to the church in Brandenberg and take the bus back to Kramsach.
