- What is a brine bath? A brine bath (also brine bath) is a bath that has a salt content (usually sea salt) of up to 6% in the water. The Ybbstaler Solebad is a small but lovely pool that can get quite crowded, especially in winter when skiers warm their tired bones in the afternoon. The pools are a pleasant 32 to 34 degrees with warm brine water with a salt content of 1.5 to 3%.
The following pools are available:
- Exercise and therapy pool – all generations come together here. Simply float along or relax on the massage benches.
- Sports pool– the water is only 26-28 degrees and is probably less frequented for this reason
- Children's pool- very small, but equipped with a very fast Kobri snake slide. This is a freshwater pool with a temperature of 32 degrees.
- Outdoor adventure pool. Why experience? Here, massage jets are switched on alternately in different areas of the pool. There are bubble benches, massage beds, floor bubblers and a flow channel in which you can effortlessly do your laps. The latter is particularly popular with children
The bathroom also has a Action Slide. It offers fun for all ages, has a length of 45 meters long and a height difference of five meters. The slide runs entirely through the interior of the hall and is completely closed. At the end you land in the open part of the tube, not in a pool.

Our solarium, which is directly accessible from the saltwater pool, ensures a summer tan in winter.
Sauna area
For an additional charge, you can also visit this area, which has several saunas (salt sauna 85 °C, crystal sauna 95 °C, pine sauna 90 °C, SaunAROMA 65 °C) and another outdoor pool.
